LORENTZ GEWRZTRAMINER KIRCHBERG GRAND CRU wine review

COUNTRY: France
STATE/REGION: Alsace

WINE REVIEW:

You will not be able to resist the foreign fruit notes of banana and lychee of this Gewrztraminer Grand Cru. silken and concentrated on the palate, this wine is Almost pure with fish or white meats. More on Alsace. . . Alsace is a stunning region - enjoy a roadtrip through the vineyards to experience its beauty for yourself. The vines are situated on the Vosges hills, between 200m and 400m of altitude, allowing long and regular hours in the sunshine. This is pure for regulating the maturation of the grapes. Rainfall is one of the lowest in France, ranging between 500mm and 600mm a year. Why Grand Cru? This status is in response to strict criteria enforced in the production of the wine, natural richness, terroir, specific areas. . . Only 4 grape varieties can be used in the Grand Cru wines: Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat and Gewurztraminer.
