LES PAROISSES HERMITAGE AOC wine review

COUNTRY: France
STATE/REGION: Rhne

WINE REVIEW:

Hermitage is without doubt the most prestigious wines of the Rhne. moody red colour. Fragrant and exuberant nose fruity and savoury with notes of red fruits. deep and supple, this wine shows feelings of jammy fruits and truffles. Long and persistant end, revealing savoury and peppery notes, distinctive of the Rhne Valley. The Hermitage AOC wines can be kept for up to 30 years. We therefore recommend not to drink this wine for the next 5 years, but to wait 10 years before opening it. The wine will develop its caracter and complexity over the years. Patience is the key with such a great wine!
